THIS IS A MARIO GAME AND ITS SUPER FUN AND ENJOYABLE TO PLAY WITH ALL AGES. LOVE THE FOUR WAY SCREEN SPLIT ON TV.

This game only works in one player mode; you can't even race other mario characters. You can only practice race. It's very disappointing. I should have just bought it new or gone to the used game store. I sorely regret my purchase, for i was in Germany for much of August and didn't return it. My son doesn't play it much. BOOOO!

OMG..... this game is sooooo much fun. I play it from time to time when I need a break from my studies and its the perfect brain cooler..... I also love playing the game with the wheel. Not much else to say apart form what has already been said.... This game is a MUST for all Wii owners, regardless of age.

This game is the best. I play online all the time with friends and others Kart players all the time. I think the best games are against human players and not the computer.

Ok, so my summer vacation was going pretty fine, I had just unlocked the Supercar in Burnout 2: Point of Impact(Man, that thing is fast!) and I really wanted Mario Kart Wii. So my birthday comes around. I usually get 1 "big" present like a guitar or a camera, and about 2 "small" presents like bionicles from my parents. My small one, a duffle bag. My big one, this game. I plugged it into my Wii, and did the first grand prix. I come in 1st place, no sweat. Ok, maybe the rest of the game is hard. This goes on after (SPOILER ALERT) I unlock Diddy Kong, the Super Blooper, Dry Bowser and a lot of other stuff until I make my way to the Mirror Class in less than 3 weeks. (End of Spoiler) The game is way too easy if you are used to the "pro" racing games like Burnout, Need for Speed, DIRT, Gran Turismo, ect. It is fun if you play Wi-Fi (as long as people don't cheat) or with friends who are also really good, but really good non-cheaters are hard to come by. And why I don't race my family; 1: My 6-year-old brother always complains about using the wheel and who he races, and 2: No one (except me) in my family has gotten more than 16 trophies. And I can't sell it because it would kill my little brother. I admit it is fun, until you win a lot. So after this, I learned that nintendo can only make good fighting games like Super Smash Bros. Brawl or good RPG games like Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky (if you could call that RPG). Oh well, guess I'll see if Mario Kart 3ds is better.
